Deborah, we cant find a supplier for the 2T. The smallest pant we carry is the XXS Pull up pants, witch is comparable to a 4T. There is elastic and drawstring to help, hope this helps.

Lizbeth, Jennifer – No the smallest we have are XXS it does have a draw string that can be pulled tight. You will still need to measure the length to be sure.

I would suggest a XXS in the TBall Pull Up Pants for a 4T and there is a drawstring to help make the waist smaller.
